Re The Henry Moore visit Wednesday 10th October 2018
If you wish to have a lunch in the cafe on the above visit they need to have your choice/s by the 1st October ( you can take a picnic lunch if you prefer) The menu is attached. Please note if you would like soup only one of the choices can be made available can I suggest Tomato and Lentil They also require me to pay for them all on the day. Therefore I propose to collect the monies whilst on the way there so exact money, please!
As we are a smaller and select group of 16 folk and Kings cannot supply a smaller and less expensive coach we have ordered a minibus to make the visit viable We believed it was best we met our commitments and hope you agree.
